Abstract Submission Information and Guidelines

AAE utilizes CadmiumCD to collect oral research, poster research and table clinic abstract submissions in preparation for its annual meeting. CadmiumCD is a fully integrated, web-based conference technology platform. Abstract for all three presentation modalities must be submitted through this online portal for consideration. Submitters are required to create an account and all tasks must be completed by the deadline before the submission can be reviewed. Tasks include uploading the abstract, biosketches, and other pertinent information.
The submission site is open through Friday, November 15, 2024.
Important Dates & Information for Submission & Presentation at AAE25
- AAE25: April 2-5, 2025
- Abstract submission site opens: Wednesday, September 25, 2024
- Membership applications for presenters and co-presenters must be submitted by: Friday, November 1, 2024
- Abstract submission site closes: Friday, November 15, 2024
- When will I know if my abstract has been accepted? Wednesday, January 22, 2025
- When will I know what date and time I am presenting at AAE25? Oral Research presenters will be notified of their presentation date and time via email approximately six weeks prior to AAE25. Oral Research presentations will take place on either Wednesday, April 2, or Thursday, April 3. Poster Research and Table Clinic presentations will take place Thursday, April 3.
- Poster Research and Table Clinic Presenters may begin set up: One hour before exhibit hall opens on Wednesday, April 2
- AAE Resident Award winners will be notified: no later than the morning of Friday, April 4, via email and/or text message
- To claim your poster before the exhibit hall closes, you must pick it up: one hour before the exhibit hall closes on Friday, April 4
