AAE23’s Endo Strong Energy is Palpable
As the photos pile into our social media mentions, we are blown away. Blown away at the sheer magnitude of this particular annual meeting. Two days down and not even all the buildings of McCormick Place can contain your energy.
Attendees look forward to this meeting not just for the educational opportunities it provides, but also for the enthusiasm, bonding and collegiality that come with it.
From the workshops, to the sessions, to the buzz on the exhibit floor. To our very own “Blues Brothers”, Drs. Stefan I. Zweig and Garry L. Myers. To the real Blues Brothers. And the amazing Jon Dorenbos, who made us laugh and cry, and dazzled us with his magic.
To Dr. Zweig’s President’s Address which pointed out that although we cannot predict the future, we can shape the future by looking forward and creating a vision which will guard against strategic surprise, and which will entice and energize new members and leaders to join us on our mission. This displays the strength of the AAE.
Plus, a superhero or two, to really bring that vision to life.
But there’s still much more meeting to go: Day 3 has only just begun.
We can promise this day will bring surprises and catapult us into the 23-24 membership year and beyond.
We are Endo Strong, and, as Dr. Zweig says, “The future of the AAE and the endodontic specialty is bright — and getting brighter all the time.”
Our photo album will be posted in the days following the meeting, but for now, be sure you’re following us on Instagram @savingyourteeth, for content from the meeting. Plus, don’t forget to use the #AAE23 or #SYTM2023 hashtags to be featured on the meeting’s social media wall, located in the Member Center as well as on the big screen in the Lakeside Ballroom during general sessions.
