When to download?
Download the video files to be able to play them locally from a computer or tablet. The files can also be easily embedded into PowerPoint, often used for creating looping presentations that play within waiting areas. Often, the videos are viewed with the patient to provide a primer for additional questions.
When to embed or link?
Use the YouTube instructions to embed the videos throughout your practice website. This not only helps patients with their research, but also keeps them on your website. Link to the YouTube video when providing additional information to patients via scheduling emails or other electronic communications.
